Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning, including hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration. Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Mentor students in their academic and personal development, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments while ensuring compliance with education administration policies. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends. Experience Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in mentoring and guiding young learners through their academic journeys. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and fellow educators.
