What You'll Do As a Residential Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for: Installing bathtubs, cabinets, flooring, and interior trim with attention to detail. Hanging, taping, and finishing drywall to a paint-ready level, ensuring smooth walls. Completing basic framing and light carpentry tasks as needed to support project progress. Reading and interpreting blueprints or project layouts to assist with construction tasks. Working independently and collaboratively to complete projects on schedule. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site for optimal productivity. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: 3+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling. Proven skills in drywall, framing, drywall taping, and general carpentry. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods.
