This 911 contract offers approximately 98% 911 activity with limited transfers. A perfect career opportunity for current and new EMT's to perform the skills and care they were trained to do. Our state-of-the art dispatch center is staffed 24 hour a day with dispatch personnel who are trained and certified to provide emergency first aid instructions to all 911 callers. Our EMT's and Paramedics are kind, caring and compassionate caregivers licensed by the State of Michigan to provide emergency intervention, treatment and rapid transportation.
