Duties Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, providing reassurance and clear instructions to callers. Dispatch law enforcement, fire, medical personnel, or other emergency responders efficiently using GPS and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to pinpoint locations precisely. Maintain detailed data entry and transcription records of all calls, ensuring accuracy for reports and legal documentation. Utilize analysis skills to evaluate incoming information, identify potential threats or hazards, and coordinate appropriate responses. Manage conflict situations with negotiation and conflict management techniques to de-escalate callers when necessary. Requirements:

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, first aid procedures, and basic life support protocols.
