If you're new to this work, through our training you will earn a nationally recognized certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. Guaranteed Hours If a client cancels, we'll provide you with sub work or office work (paid at $25/hr), so your paycheck stays consistent. Are open to feedback and continuous learning — and eager to apply what you learn right away. one year This Role May Not Be a Fit If You… Prefer a low-structure or low-demand setting. Want minimal supervision or limited team interaction. Aren't interested in ongoing learning, feedback, and skill development. Your Day-to-Day Work 1:1 with autistic children in a clinic setting. Implement ABA treatment plans under the guidance of your BCBA. Collect data, update graphs, and adjust based on feedback. Use engaging, play-based methods in a structured setting.

Collaborate daily with teammates, share insights, and refine your approach.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Training Pay :

$20/hr (non-certified) | $25/hr (already RBT certified) Guaranteed Hours — sub or office work provided if clients cancel
