This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, where your expertise will help foster positive behavioral outcomes and enable students to thrive academically and socially. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field Demonstrated experience utilizing ABA strategies in school or educational settings Proven ability to support and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Adaptability and creativity in addressing a wide range of student needs Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive classroom climate Previous experience as a Behavior Specialist or similar position preferred
