Job Description

Category Schools - ABA Job Type Contract Put your expertise as an ABA and Behavior Specialist to work making a positive difference for students during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity places you at the heart of educational support, designing and implementing interventions that help foster meaningful change for students in a thriving school environment near Long Beach, CA. In this important role, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development. You will apply your knowledge and passion to craft individualized behavior support plans, collect and analyze data to drive decision making, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes student progress and well-being.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience providing ABA services and implementing support plans in school settings Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Skilled at maintaining accurate records and documenting interventions Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
