ABA Therapist Part Time Afternoon Home Cases

Looking for a part time ABA role where you can work consistently and see progress with your clients? One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists and Behavior Technicians to provide one on one ABA therapy to children in Middletown, Chester, and surrounding Orange County areas. This position focuses on structured, in home ABA services with steady afternoon cases.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the home Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Use evidence based ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, and shaping Support communication, social, and daily living skills Collect data and complete detailed session notes
