Abrasive Blaster - San Diego

Abrasive Blasters are responsible for performing surface preparation and coating applications in accordance with marine and industrial contract specifications. This role includes abrasive blasting and painting tasks as directed by supervision, ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards. Candidates must be able to perform all blasting functions using various application methods and identify and correct blasting or coating deficiencies as required by contract specifications and must have a

SSPC C-7

certification.

Qualification/Requirements:

Must be able to successfully obtain DBIDS Must have at least 2-3 years in the shipyard industry Must be able to pass background check and drug screen Candidates must be available to work overtime, weekends, holidays and varying shifts as required. $750.00 SIGN
