Hiring Department Department of Pediatrics Job Description The University of Missouri (MU) School of Medicine is recruiting a full-time Pediatric Neuropsychologist for a non-tenure track, Assistant/Associate/ Professor to join the Division of Pediatric Psychology in the Department of Pediatrics. The clinically-focused faculty member will collaborate to develop and deliver integrated pediatric psychology services to support patients receiving care through University of Missouri Health Care (UMHC), particularly the Children's Hospital, Pediatric and Adolescent Specialty Clinics, and Children's Therapy Center. The position may include inpatient and outpatient services including inpatient consultation and brief assessment, comprehensive outpatient evaluations, individual and family interventions, and participation in multi-disciplinary clinics. Patient populations include children with a variety of acute, chronic, and complex healthcare needs and their families. The position requires collaboration with a range of medical specialists and multi-disciplinary teams, as well as frequent coordination with pediatric therapy providers including occupational, speech-language, and physical therapists. Faculty in the Division of Pediatric Psychology are involved in clinical supervision of doctoral students from MU's APA-accredited clinical, counseling, and school psychology programs.

Qualified candidates will have a doctoral degree from an APA-approved program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology and will have completed pre- and post-doctoral training in pediatric psychology. Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Missouri.Candidates will be evaluated on:
prior experience in one or more of the following areas: pediatric rehabilitation psychology/neuropsychology, inpatient consultation, multi-disciplinary teams, school consultation, and/or evidence-based interventions with medical populations.
