Accompanist Ralston School District 54 Ralston, NE Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Driving Musical instruments Entry level Full Job Description Position Purpose Under the general supervision of the building principal, to support student learning by providing piano accompaniment and assistance to music teachers while working with students. Essential Job Functions Provides piano accompaniment to the music department for classes, concerts, rehearsals, and other celebrations Improvises accompaniments from lead sheets Assists in preparation for concerts include program coordination, guest performers, stage setup and teardown on an as needed basis Assists with section rehearsals and performs related work Assists the classroom teacher in maintaining a classroom environment conductive to learning Maintains a regular and predictable attendance history while employed by the district Performs other related tasks as assigned by the principal and other central office administrators as designed by the Superintendent.
