An established organization is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead product lifecycle initiatives from launch through end-of-life, with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and sales enablement . In this role, you will partner closely with sales, channel partners, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to bring products to market successfully, support revenue growth, and continuously improve customer-facing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong business acumen, technical understanding, and a hands-on approach to product marketing. What You'll Do Manage the full product lifecycle across a broad product portfolio, from product release through end-of-life. Lead the new product introduction process for sales, partnering with marketing to launch campaigns and equip sales and channel teams with the tools to win business. Develop and drive pricing strategy , partnering with customer-facing teams to support informed, strategic pricing decisions. Oversee product and marketing systems, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure alignment and accuracy. Manage and enhance the new product samples program to improve efficiency and customer impact. Create product-related content for training, engagement, and sales enablement , ensuring readiness of complete product deliverables. Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering , or a related field 10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, product marketing, or related areas Experience working closely with sales teams and distribution channels Background in content creation and sales enablement Strong analytical and decision-making skills Working knowledge of CRM platforms , such as Salesforce Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work effectively across teams and functions Highly organized, action-oriented, and detail-focused Why Join This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product success, sales readiness, and customer experience.
