Duties Perform precise data entry into databases and ERP systems to update financial records and account information Manage order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents Assist with data collection and analysis using tools like pivot tables in QuickBooks or Microsoft Excel to support reporting needs Conduct routine clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and transcribing information with high accuracy Support office operations by handling general administrative tasks including typing correspondence and organizing schedules Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and assist in reconciling accounts as needed Requirements Proven clerical experience with a focus on data entry, filing, and office administration Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems Excellent typing speed and accuracy for transcription and data entry tasks Basic math skills for verifying figures and processing transactions accurately Experience with order entry systems and data collection methods Organizational skills that enable efficient management of multiple tasks simultaneously Prior office experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative expertise while contributing to a vital organizational function.
