Job Description

Title:
Account Executive (New Business) Overview An established, market-leading services company is expanding its sales team and hiring a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth. This is a true hunting role focused on developing new business with commercial and residential property owners, while also managing and expanding relationships once established. The company has a strong reputation, consistent demand, and a clear path for growth. It is currently under contract to be acquired, and this role is part of building the next phase of the organization. An offer will be extended contingent upon successful completion of the acquisition, which is the reason for limited public detail at this stage. What You'll Do Build and execute a targeted outbound sales plan within your territory Identify and prospect commercial and residential property owners and decision-makers Develop a pipeline through cold outreach, in-person visits, referrals, and networking Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions Close new business and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets Manage and grow accounts post-sale (renewals, upsells, referrals) Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM Work inbound opportunities while prioritizing outbound efforts Partner with operations to ensure strong client experience and retention What This Role Is A hunter-first role with meaningful earning upside A mix of new business development (~60%) and account management (~40%, once established) A field-based, relationship-driven sales position (not transactional or call center) A chance to build a territory and book of business with long-term value What We're Looking For 3-5 years of sales experience Proven success in outbound / hunting roles Experience selling a product or service to business owners or property decision-makers Comfortable working in the field and building relationships face-to-face Strong communication and closing skills Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and priorities Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up habits High drive, competitiveness, and accountability Compensation and benefits Base salary + performance-based commission Dental, PTO and holidays Why This Opportunity Join a recognized leader in its market with strong existing demand Be part of a transition to new ownership with growth focus Build a book of business with recurring revenue characteristics Clear path for top performers to increase earnings and responsibility
Location:
Field-based role covering a territory within approximately one hour of the Eureka / Fortuna area.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
