The Account Manager - Marketing is responsible for managing and cultivating strong partnerships with key strategic clients and businesses. This role focuses on delivering against client campaign business goals, executing complex campaigns across multiple marketing channels, and supporting the continual evolution and integration of holistic planning and delivery for the business. The position requires a strong background in project management, client relationship management, and marketing execution.Responsibilities:
Leverage campaign strategy and execution expertise to drive optimization and efficiency within client campaigns while delivering on key business strategic initiatives. Manage campaign execution across multiple marketing channels, including direct mail, email, paid media, earned media, and marketplace. Forge strategic relationships with client teams as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and guidance through insights and strategic thinking. Help clients achieve their goals by staying ahead of industry trends, anticipating their needs, and providing solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead cross-functional client marketing meetings and collaborate with functional experts to develop execution program solutions to achieve strategic client objectives. Act as an Agile team scrum master when needed, manage strategic client projects, and lead process improvements across all channels. Serve as a liaison and central point of contact with marketing teams for milestone tracking, change control requests, and process exceptions. Establish and lead regular campaign portfolio review processes with client marketing teams to drive execution progress and optimize marketing opportunities. Partner with internal teams to plan, forecast channel capacity, prioritize campaigns, and manage workload balancing to support strategic priorities. Coordinate client marketing campaign incident management and corrective actions, partnering with remediation subject matter experts and compliance teams. Build relationships and networks across key functional areas that support marketing execution plans. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or operations in a corporate environment. A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, including project management and client relationship experience.Desired Characteristics:
Excellent team skills, flexibility to adapt to strategy and market evolution, and proven ability to work cross-functionally. Proven client relationship management skills with experience developing plans and consistently meeting deadlines. Project management experience leveraging the Workfront platform for campaign execution. Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and anticipate business needs. Experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and processes is a plus. Demonstrated experience with tactical omnichannel execution across multiple channels, including Paid Media execution components such as tagging, trafficking, digital audiences, and platforms like Liveramp for Search, Social, Display/Programmatic, and Affiliate. Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to embrace change and drive new ways of thinking and delivering for the business.About PTR Global:
