East Central Indiana | Full-Time | In Person About the Role Madison County beverage distributor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This is a field-based, hands-on role with multiple store visits per day. You'll handle merchandising, display building, cooler resets, inventory rotation, and route sales execution while communicating with store managers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Visit accounts daily on a structured route Build strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers Complete in-store merchandising, product rotation, and shelf management Reset coolers and build branded displays Increase distribution, improve product placement, and identify sales growth opportunities Manage inventory of accounts Physical Requirements Lift and move 30-50 lbs. regularly Work in coolers, back rooms, and retail environments Daily travel between accounts (reliable transportation required) Who Thrives in This Job Organized and consistent with strong time-management Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly Self-directed and comfortable working independently in the field Reliable with strong follow-through Able to handle fast-paced days where priorities shift Requirements Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to handle physical work Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; comfortable with sales tools/apps/iPad) Experience in beverage, CPG, merchandising, route sales, or field sales is a plus- but we will train the right person Benefits Base salary + achievable incentive pay ($850 - $950/wk) Supplier incentives 401(k) with match Health, dental, vision Paid vacation + holidays Opportunities for growth
