Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Soliant is looking for a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join a full-time position at a client near Anderson, Indiana. The School Psychologist will support the academic, behavioral, social, and emotional success of students through evaluation, report writing, consultation, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families. If you are passionate about supporting diverse learners, knowledgeable in special education processes, and committed to creating positive outcomes for students in a collaborative school environment apply today! Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports Participate in eligibility conferences, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to develop academic and behavioral interventions Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate Assist with development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and social-emotional supports Support crisis intervention, threat assessments, and student safety initiatives Monitor student progress and provide recommendations for educational programming and accommodations Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines Participate in professional development and district initiatives focused on student wellness and achievement Possess knowledge of special education laws, IDEA, evaluation procedures, MTSS, and IEP processes Soliant is committed to providing eligible contractors comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, company matching 401(k) retirement plans, travel stipends and reimbursements, competitive hourly and weekly paychecks, continuing education and professional development opportunities, flexible contract opportunities throughout Indiana, and a dedicated recruiter to provide ongoing placement support.
