Two years' prior customer service experience required.

ATI Energy Group provides a comprehensive suite of AI-enabled energy billing and utility management solutions designed to help commercial and multi-family real estate owners reduce costs, recover expenses, and improve operational efficiency across electricity, gas, water, and sewer utilities—while supporting economically achievable sustainability initiatives. Job Description The Bilingual Account Manager is a senior level Spanish speaking position that works in a high performance, Client-focused team environment and is responsible for a number of Client-oriented tasks in a call center environment. Account Managers must be capable of interacting with manager and senior manager levels and will have experience with CRM and Billing system. A background in utility CRM and/or bulk billing is helpful. The candidate must be a highly adaptable, personable and self-aware individual who can work across the organizations to ensure that appropriate resources are brought in to the client problem resolution process at the appropriate times. Responsibilities
  • Respond to Client inquiries
  • Answer Client requests for account information
  • Negotiate collections arrangements,
  • Coordinate service requests,
  • Determine the most effective resolution to a Client issue
  • Support Customer Service Representative in all aspects of the Customer/Client relationship
  • Review Billing Ledgers
  • Coordinate the Client Billing process for time and quality requirements Minimum Qualifications Typically requires two to four years customer service related work experience.
Previous computer experience required. High level of direct customer contact requires strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills. Working knowledge of company policies, practices and customer credit-related matters. Primary Duties Account Manager may perform any combination of the following tasks:
  • Credit negotiations (payment extensions, arrangements, turn-ons and turn-offs)
  • Respond to billing inquiries and handling of client/customers' high bill complaints
  • Provide information about company programs, products and services
  • Report on electric, gas, water and trash issues and outages.
  • Provide data to Clients requesting new services
  • Seek resolution of Client complaints
  • Manage the response process to utility commission and agency inquiries.
  • Responsible for the complete Client billing process ensuring the accuracy of billing ledgers, invoices, and printing of Client bills.
SKILLS REQUIRED
The ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is imperative. Candidate must be able to organize and set priorities, adapt to constant changes and updates involving Client/customer service practices and procedures while having the ability to maintain a strong working relationship with Clients, teammates, and all facets of Organization. Ability to take the initiative to solve problems while meeting goals with professionalism. Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills are required. Candidate must be able to compose business correspondence and have strong grammar skills.
