Account Manager/ Customer Service

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at MDI Imaging and Mail, you will be an essential part of our client services team, dedicated to managing and enhancing direct mail campaigns for our diverse clientele. This role demands a proactive approach to monitor project timelines, manage budgets effectively, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver services that exceed client expectations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, guiding them through the process, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to expand our services and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end direct mail campaign processes for clients, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget. Collaborate closely with design, production, and mailing departments to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for client communications, queries, and feedback. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients by introducing additional services and solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably within the printing, mailing, or direct marketing industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines. Solid understanding of direct mail production processes, mailing requirements, and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management software tools. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry will be considered a significant advantage. Sales or business development experience, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
