Countertop Measure Technician

THE POSITION OVERVIEW

The primary role of the Measure Technician is to conduct field measurements for countertop fabrication.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented person who is fueled by providing top-notch service, enjoys collaborating with team members, and who has an interest in the kitchen and bath/home building industry. You must be available to work 5 days a week and occasional weekend, if needed.

WHAT WE DO TERRA

Stoneworks is a wholesale granite, quartz and marble countertop provider in the DC Metro/DELMARVA regions. Our primary focus is providing turnkey countertop solutions to national builders, general contractors, custom builders and multifamily developers.

The ideal candidate will have:

Have worked at a Granite/Stone Fabrication/Installation Company previously. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Possess great communication skills both verbal and written. Worked with LT 2D3D to measure countertops and create DFX files

THE ROLE

Job responsibilities include: Ensuring measurements are done completely and accurately. Reviewing customer specifications and job area details in Moraware. Upload all measure files immediately following measure and communicate with CAD and Account Manager teams Create proper photo documentation of job site measure and field conditions. Safely drive the company assigned vehicle to designated areas. Complete cad files by making notations for all required measurements, polished edges, cutouts, plus radii in the tops and any other necessary specification desired by the customer for the job. Confirm any missing information (such as missing faucets specs, missing cooktop specs, etc.) regarding the job with onsite customer or job supervisor when required including any changes made onsite Understands and follow all job site safety rules and regulations.
