Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to effectively negotiate and manage client expectations. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data and utilizing Quickbooks and LMN to track progress and identify opportunities for growth. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking efforts. Go to businesses in the service area and perform sales duties to acquire properties to service landscaping Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, forecast future sales, and implement strategies for improvement. Utilize Quickbooks and LMN to manage account information, track interactions, and report on sales activities. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service offerings, and any issues that arise. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Experience Proven experience in account management or a related field with a focus on business development. Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand complex products or services. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
