Job Description

Part-Time 20-25 Hours/Week Position Summary The Inside Account Manager is responsible for managing and supporting existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service, responsiveness, and accuracy in all interactions. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction and retention while contributing to overall revenue performance through effective account management. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing inbound and outbound communication via phone and email Meet or exceed established communication and activity metrics, including call and email volume targets Process orders, quotes, and pricing updates accurately and in a timely manner Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up Resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, production, and shipping) to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and internal systems Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction Provide product information and guidance to support informed customer purchasing decisions Contribute to team sales quota achievement and overall revenue objectives through effective account management and customer engagement Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or account management experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent business experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans / People with Disabilities
