Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Maintenance Sales/Account Manager to join our fast growing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing tailored maintenance solutions. Your expertise in technical sales, and account management will be essential to delivering exceptional customer service and expanding our market presence. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic business development with hands-on customer engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Cultivate and nurture existing client relationships through proactive account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities by conducting warm calling campaigns, market analysis, and leveraging marketing strategies to reach potential clients. Lead negotiations with clients to secure maintenance contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized maintenance solutions that meet client needs while showcasing technological capabilities. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster new partnerships. Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales, or account management within the maintenance or related industries. Strong negotiation skills combined with a strategic approach to business development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data effectively. Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Pay:
$54,721.97 - $65,901.73 per year
