Pay Range:

$50-$65/hr. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product orponent. Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation forpliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals andpany quality records. Engage with the General Contractor's Quality Assurance Manager for inspection planning, projectpliance, non-conformance management, quality audits. Attend weekly project update meetings with the project group including uing activities, status and deadlines. Reviews all purchased products orponents and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor. Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent withpany policies and procedures. Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides rmended process improvements to management. Prepares reports tomunicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities. Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management. Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities. Other duties as assigned by the Director of QA/QC in conjunction with the project team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control focused on

ASME B31

piping codes, industrial andmercial construction, fabrication, welding, non-destructive testing, and/or other similar fields. Current certification in accordance with

AWS QC-1

as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). At least 3 years of experience leading and managing direct reports. Proficient understanding of ASME Section IX BP&V Code and experience creating and reviewing welding procedures and welder or brazer qualifications. Excellent time management and written and spokenmunication skills, highly professional,anized, and trustworthy team player. Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; with 10 years of overall experience and/or training; or equivalentbination of education and experience.
