Account Manager Location:

7AM-4PM, Mon-FriArrangement:

As an Account Manager at TOA, your primary focus is to manage and nurture an existing customer base while supporting growth plans aligned with the targets and goals of our Australian and New Zealand firms. In this role, you will help enable the expansion of our clients by offering a range of diversified solutions that support their evolving business needs. You will be accountable for protecting and growing our customer base, as well as increasing share of customer wallet through positive expansion of recognized net retained revenue. While the role is well supported and comprehensive training will be provided, it also requires a high level of autonomy. You will be expected to proactively identify opportunities and deliver solutions that contribute to the continued success of our clients and the overall growth of the organization. This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your clients and build strong relationships with them. By understanding their business and goals, you can help ensure they have the right people in the right roles doing the right work, allowing them to maximize their operations, grow their practices, and better serve their own clients. A sense of humor and resilience will also go a long way in thriving in this dynamic environment. Responsibilities Growth + Relationship based selling- develop a relationship with the client where you can regularly stay in contact and provide an update on market conditions and new offerings. + Upselling products/services
- Through every interaction with new or existing Business Services customers.
Plans:
Create plans to address client's business needs. Retention +Replacements:
Identify clients who have recently had a TM resign across all portfolios and ensure that a replacement has been activated. +Re-engagement:
Working towards prevention of disengagement of clients and working towards re-engaging clients who have already disengaged. Relationship Building +External Clients:
Research and build strong relationships with existing clients who have validated growth opportunities. Use every interaction as an opportunity to maximize the clients spend. +Internal Relationships:
Leverage off internal relationships to identify potential opportunities and historical data. Consult with management on business trends and future opportunities. Key Qualifications/Experience 3-5 years' experience- Essential + Demonstrate experience in partnering closely with clients through a relationship style of account management + Ability to pick up systems quickly and efficiently
- AM experience essential + A proven track record delivering to deadlines in a fast
- paced environment + A strong customer service focus, with excellent communications skills + High level of attention to detail and organizational skills + Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling. + Strong time management skills
