Overview :

Break Time Vape is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team at one of our many locations. We offer part-time and full-time positions with comprehensive training to ensure our associates are knowledgeable about our products and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements :

Age :

Must be 21 years or older.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills :

Basic math skills.

Transportation :

Personal car required.

Responsibilities :

Customer Assistance :

Greet customers and provide guidance on their vaping needs.

Product Knowledge :

Stay updated on the latest vaping products and trends to assist customers effectively.

Customer Queries :

Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions and concerns.

Sales Support :

Advise customers on various vape products, provide price and feature comparisons, and facilitate purchasing decisions.

Transaction Processing :

Handle payments, manage returns, and ensure accurate cash handling.

Store Maintenance :

Perform cleaning, stocking, inventory management, and item transfers.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a vape store or knowledge of the vaping industry. Friendly and approachable personality. Weekend availability and flexible schedule. Proficiency in computer skills. Experience in cash handling and sales.

Training :
