Overview Join our dynamic team as an Account Representative and become a vital driver of our business growth! Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities to prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach. Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions effectively to B2B clients. Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales opportunities within assigned regions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs, presenting compelling proposals, and overcoming objections confidently. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, negotiations, and building lasting client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for effective account management and analysis. Knowledge of marketing strategies and lead generation techniques to expand business opportunities. Technical sales expertise with the ability to explain complex products or services clearly and persuasively.
