Account Support Specialist 1001 Grand Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Full-time Full-time Integrated Mountain Management is seeking talented and dedicated individuals interested in joining a diverse and dynamic team in a high growth company. We are currently seeking experienced staff to join our Company as an Account Support Specialist in our Glenwood Springs office. This is a critical role in our organization, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of office and technical duties, in support of our Property Management accounts and Property Managers. This includes the use of specialized software for Property Management and Maintenance as well as Project Management and some Accounting related functions. The Account Support Specialist will be trained on our software platforms in order to efficiently support customers, accounts and our team. This is a team role working closely with Accounting, Customer Service and Property Managers. If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter today. We look forward to hearing from you! Responsibilities Use of Property Management and Maintenance Software to support customers and accounts. Project Management & Administration associated with managed properties Receive training on, and assist with, accounting tasks, payables and receivables Work with Tenants, Owners on New Leases, Lease Renewals Marketing of Properties and Vacancy Management Coordinate/Complete Customer Communication & Mailings Assist New & Existing Tenants with vacancies, renewals and inspections New Residential, Commercial, HOA Customer and Tenant On-Boarding Managing & Updating of Customer Websites Work closely and professionally across departments (internally) and with clients (externally) Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Excellent oral and written communication Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Project & Time Management Skills Proficiency in MS Office - Word and Excel Spreadsheets Desire to grow and develop career in Bookkeeping, Property Management and Technical Support High School/College Level Education Drivers License Pay - Compensation Will Negotiate with Successful Candidate based on
