Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with variable hours as needed Flexibility may be required for floating between departments and occasional on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide independent and delegated nursing functions in alignment with state Board of Nursing standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care Continuously collect and assess health data and patient status Deliver health teaching, counseling, supportive therapy, and restorative care Directly care for patients or consult, supervise, or teach others as appropriate Implement delegated medical functions and refer patients for additional care as indicated Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards Contribute to the mission, vision, and values of the facility, demonstrating exceptional service behaviors Adapt as needed, including floating between departments within your competency
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Flexibility to float between areas and participate in on-call rotations as needed
