Accountant

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and promote transparency across all financial operations. We seek a motivated professional with a passion for accounting excellence and a keen eye for detail to help us achieve our financial goals at a mid-major manufacturing company. Duties Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures. Weekly billing and invoicing. Assist with insurance renewals, IFTA renewals, and yearly licensing renewals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience, preferably at least 5 years, in corporate accounting or public accounting environments with strong technical skills. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will allow the candidate to grow into other areas of responsibility. Pay will be negotiable based on experience.
