JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, a Team Member will be responsible for reviewing the General Ledger (GL) and prepare journal entries. In addition, they will perform monthly reconciliations, analyze variances, and file miscellaneous taxes. The role is grounded in our

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Review GL accounts and prepare necessary journal entries Perform account analysis Reconcile and balance GL accounts Research and correct account discrepancies Post monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals Prepare summary of findings to be reviewed by senior staff Assist with year-end financial audits Prepare and file Sales/Use, Gross Receipt, and other miscellaneous taxes Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 2 years experience, preferred Knowledge of Accounting Software, such as Lawson, NetSuite, PeachTree, etc.) Participates in special projects and handles all other assigned duties as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This job operates in a physical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands, arms and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
