Accounting leadership role focused on manufacturing financial reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 6 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience Manufacturing accounting experience required Hands-on Oracle experience required Overtime accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required Cost accounting experience ASC 606 revenue recognition experience Knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting standards SOX Section 404 internal control assessment experience Experience managing month-end close, financial statements, cash flow reporting, forecasts, budgets, metrics, and KPIs Preferred Skills CPA preferred Advanced degree preferred Hyperion Enterprise experience Experience acting as a finance business partner to business unit leadership Experience with budgetary control systems Experience reviewing excess and obsolete inventory Experience supporting manufacturing performance reviews Experience working with production KPIs and engineering VA/VE reporting Job Responsibilities Manage month-end close process for business unit financial statements and cash flow Streamline financial reporting cycles Generate weekly forecasts, budgets, metrics, and KPIs Support cost management and manufacturing financial performance tracking Review accounting workflows to ensure transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with applicable standards Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and manufacturing performance review activities across multiple functions Establish and monitor budgetary control systems Monitor compliance with budgets and monthly forecasts Partner with production teams on KPI reporting Partner with engineering teams on VA/VE reporting Review excess and obsolete inventory on a quarterly basis Prepare financial statements and summary reports Support ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements Support SOX internal control assessment activities

Pay:
