Accountant

Responsibilities:

Will perform various bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation functions for a CPA firm serving a diverse client base.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, reliable, conscientious, resourceful, dedicated, and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and a variety of responsibilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and learning across bookkeeping, accounting, and tax functions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and meet deadlines
