Role:

Shoot Straight Warehouse is seeking an Accountant to support the company's financial operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will assist with reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll-related processes, and will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations. This position requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate: Has experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related work Has experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Is detailoriented and accurate Possesses strong analytical and problemsolving skills Demonstrates clear communication and organizational skills Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Has experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Has experience with Paychex or similar payroll systems Experience in multilocation or retail environments is a plus

Requirements:
