Job DescriptionJob Description The Accountant/Bookkeeper plays a critical role in managing the financial records and transactions of the organization. This position ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely financial reporting, and adherence to tax regulations, supporting the company's overall financial health and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping records Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure financial accuracy Prepare tax documents and support tax filing processes Oversee general ledger management and financial data entry Track and reconcile expenses and invoices promptly Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounting roles Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of tax preparation and related regulations Experience in accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills for financial reporting and collaboration Company Description
