Job Description:

Our client, a growing and fast-paced firm, is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join their Accounting & Finance team. This is a highly visible generalist role supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Accounts Payable functions including invoice review, expense reimbursements, credit card statements, and wire distributions Assist with cash receipts processing and daily cash reporting Manage corporate credit card accounts and expense tracking Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance Support month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting Generate ad hoc accounting reports and assist with special projects Assist with administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of accounting or finance experience Professional services or law firm accounting experience ideal Knowledge of accounting systems including ProLaw, Elite, 3E a plus as well as Concur Strong understanding of AP, cash management, reconciliations, and month-end close Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and reporting functions
