Event Support Assistant (Medical) , Part-Time Reports to our Marketing and Events Coordinator and our Podiatry Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a JotForm links and profiles for attendees' pre-registrations. Ensure the completion and accuracy of each attendee's patient profile. Conduct data entry/uploads into Dr. Chrono. Prepare marketing materials, attendee pre-registration lists, and sign-in sheets. Manage registration processes, guest check-ins, and attendee communication to provide excellent customer service Provide on-site support during events by managing timelines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Review the event sign-in sheets to ensure the completion and accuracy of attendee. pre-registration profiles Book appointments. Conduct attendee follow-up communication. Label and inventory all shoes that come in with insoles, along with any respective paperwork. Conduct regular and frequent patient communication. Send shoes to the appropriate offices, weekly. Dispense shoes and insoles to patients.

AVAILABILITY

This is a part-time position; scheduled time will always be during regular business hours 8AM-6PM. Workdays will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday (not negotiable); Wednesdays and Saturdays are typically shorter days. Events can take place anywhere throughout North Jersey and near South Plainfield; o Tuesday and Wednesday… details provided in advance of events; o Thursday and Saturday… always Elmwood Park, NJ.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver license with reliable transportation and insurance. Must be able to bend and to lift/carry up to 30lbs. Must be able, willing, and available to perform the listed job responsibilities during the work-shifts described without any conflicts.
