Accounting Associate

is in need of an Automotive Accounting Associate to join our team.

The excellent candidate will exhibit stellar organizational habits and possess proficient computer skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and be self directed. If you have a robust knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining precise financial records, we want to speak with you! Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Preparing various accounting statements and reports - Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records Manage Accounts Payable process from receiving the invoice to until payment Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders, etc. Ensure timely payment of all vendor invoices and maintain accurate records Coordinating accounting matters with other departments Utilizing computer to input, retrieve or display accounting information

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Two years experience in accounting Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office software Strong acclimation to mathematics and analysis Proficient in
