Accounting Asst Manager

Accounting Asst Manager Top Consulting is looking to oversee business direction and compliance of accounting for a manufacturing client. Compile month end and year end consolidated financial report with eliminations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Administration of JSOX narratives and RCMs.. Manage the debt needs and compliance of KTH, KMI, and KLP. Compile and present to top management the month end and year end financial statements with eliminations. Coordinate and participate in assembly of consolidated audited financial statements with footnotes for year end. Oversee Accounting and ISG in JSOX compliance. Lead K-group financial reporting, and business compliance and management. Coordinate audits with outside auditors for half-year and year-end activities such as physical inventory, financial audits, business audits, and JSOX. Ensure Accounting associates compliance with all KTH rules. Coordinate month-end closing and other accounting information with subsidiaries. Ensure Accounting associate are aware of changes in financial reporting guidelines and regulations. Is aware and accepts the responsibility regarding internal controls and compliance with JSOX.

Responsibilities:

Other accounting functions, but not limited to budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting required with a minimum of 10 years experience in accounting, 5 years supervisory experience in accounting, or equivalent education/training and experience.
