Job DescriptionJob Description TITLE :
Corporate Services Coordinator III (Accounting Assistant )
REPORTS TO
: Controller
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
: This individual is responsible for the accounts payable function and provides assistance to general accounting function.
DUTIES :
1. Process accounts payable invoices and Amex allocations. 2. Maintain filing of invoices and vouchers. 3. Prepare adjusting journal entry and enter into Deltek general ledger as necessary. 4. Provide assistance and back up for public accountants and government auditors as required. 5. Provide assistance to accounts payable supervisor and accounting department personnel including monthly vouchers. 6. Back up for physician payroll and travel vouchers. 7. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
: 1. Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, preferred. 2. Good communication (oral and written) skills. 3. Ability to handle a large volume of detailed information.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
: 1. High school diploma (or equivalent), required. 2. Two (2) years of related experience, required
