Hire Responsibilities:

Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed Answer phones, manage guest sign-ins, and provide general assistance Respond to resident inquiries and service requests promptly Coordinate with onsite staff and report any issues or concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment Why BG Staffing?
