The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and critical thinking skills.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Perform invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, purchase orders, GL entries, monthly reconciliations and other financial transactions Assist with compliance to federal, state and local reporting requirements Maintain depreciation/amortization schedules Provide company management with financial reports Support office tasks and arrange travels Maintain historical accounting records Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Some college and BS/BA degree coursework in accounting preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping/accounting Ability to read, write and communicate optimally in the English language
