Role:

Velofix is seeking an experienced Senior Bike Mechanic to join our team. This role is much more than a traditional bike mechanic—it's about representing our brand, providing exceptional service, and encouraging people to ride more. As a mobile bike technician, you'll be on the road with our state-of-the-art Mobile Bike Shop, visiting customers at their homes, workplaces, and events. You'll perform bike servicing and repairs, new bike deliveries, and promote Velofix at local happenings—all while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain your Mobile Bike Shop van Perform bike repairs, tune-ups, and fittings Engage directly with customers in the field, delivering outstanding service Make equipment or part deliveries as needed Support and represent Velofix at local events Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams Manage daily schedules and service logs
