Job Description

Accounting Clerk (Automotive Dealership
  • Part-Time, Flexible Hours) We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist with financial reconciliation in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile dealership bank checking accounts Review and reconcile manufacturer parts statements Track and reconcile parts rebates and credits Identify and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week Flexible schedule
  • hours can be set based on candidate availability
Qualifications:
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience required Experience with bank reconciliations strongly preferred Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus (but not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
