  • Full-time We are seeking a reliable, detail-driven Accounting Clerk to keep our financial engine running smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations with a primary focus on accounts receivable and/or accounts payable functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate processing to follow company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner Monitor customer accounts for payment status and follow up on outstanding balances Apply incoming payments to appropriate accounts and reconcile discrepancies Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues or disputes Maintain accurate records of AR transactions and aging reports Assist with month-end AR close procedure
Accounts Payable:
Review, verify and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system Match purchase orders, receiving reports, invoices Process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor files and ensure up-to-date W-9 documentation Assist with month-end AP close and accruals
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with journal entries and general ledger reconciliations Support internal and external audits by providing documentation as needed Maintain confidentiality of financial information Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and efficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP). Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures. Experience in a multi-entity or international business environment

Physical Activities:
Daily activity includes but is not limited to: Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting. Reading, communication, math. Be able to regularly lift/move up to 30lbs. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.

Hourly:
Competitive hourly pay (non-exempt) commensurate with experience.
