Accounting Clerk

Job DescriptionJob Description Willwork Global Events Services is offering a full time position for an Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk position will be responsible for assisting in many roles in the accounting department. The position requires support with Accounts Payable, Billing, job costing to multiple accounts, month ending reports, and Ad- Hoc reporting. This role requires excellent attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the accounting department's process. Also, the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The Accounting Clerk position requires a detailed oriented approach in a variety of areas.

• QuickBooks Enterprise experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to completion quickly The position is not remote.
