Accounting Clerk

Job DescriptionJob Description Tru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk. The position includes but is not limited to: Accounts Receivable

• Send invoices to customer
• Post cash receipts, including ACH, checks and credit cards
• Process credit card payment
• Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices
• Place collection calls and emails
• Research and resolve billing issues Skills
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software
• Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
