Accounting / Collections Specialist

We are looking for a skilled, detailed -oriented Accounting/Collections Specialist Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and collections efforts efficiently. Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and collect payments from customers. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies. Generate collection reports and provide insights to management team. Build and maintain relationship with customers to ensure timely payments Cross-train with accounts receivable and accounts payables.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy : Essential for maintaining accurate financial records. Previous Experience in collections, accounting or finance is a plus. Good communication skills : For interacting with customers and colleagues Basic accounting knowledge : Understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Hands-on experience in operating accounting software, electronic banking knowledge/experience Customer service orientation and negotiation skills Problem-solving skills : Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
