Job Description
Manufacturing company in Greencastle, PA is looking for an Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager/Office Manager to handle a variety of responsibilities for a company with less than 50 employees. We are looking to hire temp to perm and allow enough time to train and transition into the position. Hourly rate varies DOE; $25+. Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring and the onboarding process Serve as main point of contact for employees, vendors and clients Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment for less than 50 employees Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with regulations Track employee attendance, PTO and leave administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law Maintain company policies, employee handbook updates and HR procedure Maintain organized filing systems and company recordAccounting Functions:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Bank reconciliations Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate accounts payable records Process incoming client payments and maintain accurate records Follow up on overdue accounts and collections Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues Prepare accounts receivable aging reports Support timekeeping for payrolling companyRequirements:
