  $22-26/hr DOE

• Position Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our accounting team with daily financial operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable functions.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
• Generate and send customer invoices (accounts receivable)
• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Verify and match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies.
